It comes with a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to whip up a tasty family meal. The upper level of this cabin rental is dedicated to the elegant master suite with a a private balcony for your morning coffee.

Toccoa River Escape is furnished with comfort in mind with a plush sofa and easy chair and graceful iron beds in lieu of the traditional log and rustic motif. The cabin`s lush level lot leaves room for kids to explore and its prime location only minutes from countless rafting companies on the Ocoee River and some of the best tubing down the lazy Toccoa makes it a great vacation destination for those who want to be close to it all but still secluded enough to be in the country. Passengers on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway enjoy the beautiful view of Toccoa River Escape perched above the sparkling Toccoa River throughout the year. This is especially the case during the special holiday routes in December when Toccoa and its neighbors lining the river bank string lights, holly, and garland for the train as it winds across the Toccoa`s opposite bank.

With its prime location, beautiful waterfront lot, and tranquil atmosphere Toccoa River Escape is a unique North Georgia Mountain retreat!

Cozy & cool, microwave breaker tripped often, jacuzzi water was too cool and had sand in it. Could not use. Oven was very slow to warm up.Kitchen was well stocked, cabin was clean, it was a joy to stay in. We will be back again. Loved the location.

Tranquil River View

The best part of the cabin was the decking and river view. There was only one kayak and tube which didn't look like they had been taken care of or used in years. The kayak especially was filled with dirt, bugs, and cobwebs. The cabin interior was very clean but the decking needed a little leaf and cobweb sweeping/TLC. The separate master suite with an on-suite bathroom was very nice but the A/C did not work as well as the downstairs area did so it was quite warm. Also, the hot water took a a bit to kick in and you could not fill the jacuzzi tub efficiently to make the jets functional. One of the bath towels had holes in it along the seam. The oven did not work and the microwave continually tripped the breaker. Some of the kitchen cabinets were sagging/loose from their hinges and one area had a huge worn/scraped area. One closet ceiling had some kind of sap seepage and the laundry room ceiling had water damage stains. And there were only two rolls of toilet paper supplied for our stay. But again on the positive note we loved the river, fishing, and viewing nature along with the beautiful tranquil river from the lower and upper deck.

Loved the Riverview

Love the location. The house was pretty nice, the cabin was well equipped and furniture was comfortable. Was disappointed that the TV was not a smart TV. Couldn’t log into my accounts to watch football etc. nice 2 person tub but the hot water heater isn’t big enough to fill it. There a wood burning stove and that was nice but there is no fire pit outside. It’s prohibited. The back porch is nice with plenty of sitting. Outside lights by the garage were not on and couldn’t find a switch so coming in at night was pretty rough.

Excellent place to unwind

I work 70+ a week for the government and decided to take a trip to blue ridge to unwind. Everything in this cabin was spot on, customer service was amazing, comfy beds, great location. Would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

We decided to stay somewhere near a river instead of the normal busy trip to the beach. Loved being able to wake up to the water right outside the door! Perfect space for our bunch and close to town so trips for forgotten milk is not bad. So clean and home like. Will definately stay here again!
