This four bedroom, two bathroom stucco Craftsman was built in 1926. Take advantage of ample on street parking right in front of the home. Upon entry, you'll enjoy a wonderful layout, featuring a 3-season porch as you enter the home, which flows into the living room, formal dining room, and recently remodeled kitchen, featuring an open concept and breakfast nook with seating for two. The main level features two bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed, a workspace, and full bathroom. The main level also includes a large deck with outdoor seating, and a large concrete patio space with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. The yard is enclosed with a privacy fence, for your enjoyment. The lower level is an ideal space for convening for movie time or to watch the big game! It features a large sectional with ottoman, a sleeper sofa, a foosball table, an electronic fireplace, and a 70-inch TV with soundbar and subwoofer. There is also a basement 3/4 bathroom, as well. The washer and dryer can be found on the lower level in the mechanical room. Lastly, the upper level features two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and custom closets. Bring your family/friends, and enjoy all that the Fern Hill neighborhood of Saint Louis Park has to offer, a location that is known for its convenient proximity to many wonderful coffeehouses, restaurants, and the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes.
