Hotel and rooms are very nice. We stayed for the proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle timing is difficult to predict and so we ended up taking an uber to the airport. Still nice hotel and good parking though.

When my 8 yr old Grandson saw the pool area his eyes lit up like the 4th of July!! Which made my heart very happy and a quick trip to the front desk to upgrade to a poolside room. The room was clean and inviting, bed comfortable, the bathroom tub area could have used a bit of work but acceptable for the 1 night stay I had. I was surprised how well the slider buffered the pool noise.

Balcony view was nice, but is pretty noisy due to the pool area which is expected! The swimming pool water was very salty and the hot tub was super dirty, kids of all ages were in the hot tub so adults couldn’t even get in to enjoy, tons of horse playing and unsupervised children in the pool area,The rooms weren’t clean throughly as they should’ve been, the air conditioning did not work in our room. Noisy throughout the night. The room we received was not what we booked on line after looking and going through pictures. The queen size beds were super hard not comfortable at all. We definitely will not return here again.

I booked two weeks in advance just to get there to a dirty room. Had to wait 20 mins for staff to clean room. No apology or anything. Spoke with Jared General Manager and was told I would receive a refund. 2 weeks later still haven’t heard anything. DONT TRUST THIS HOTEL
