The hotel was clean and modern. The room seemed clean and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub was down the whole time which was a bummer. Paid a little extra for a poolside room. It was poolside but second floor. Kind of pointless then but ok. Breakfast is to go in a bag, things like muffins and granola bars. Overall a good stay.

Free breakfast which consist of a muffin and granola bars. I chose this place because it said it offered breakfast which I would have assumed pancakes, eggs, bagels. They charge you for parking and that was not disclosed.

Bang for the buck

This was our second stay at this property and did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and a bit worn but everything from location to the pool are what kept us coming back. Really fun place to take the kids.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool is great, kids love it! Lots to do and see around the property. Don't understand why there is a pre- check in, if you have to check in fully at front desk.

We were downgraded a room and then told they would call hotels.com to get us 50% discount and then when I checked out they told us that was not something they did. We paid for a king suite - what we got was a standard 2 queen bed. This is beyond annoying … we even paid for the insurance through hotels.com. Never going to do this again. They didn’t even clean our room daily and had no continental breakfast.

will never stay here again after staying here for 12 years when we use their park and fly. my brand new Addidas Slides were stolen out of our room. I called minutes after leaving for the airport and was told to file a complaint online . Never heard back from anyone and when we landed and went to pick up our car I asked if they found my slides and they said they hadnt found them yet. so in other words, the cleaning lady stole them. This hotel advertised free hot breakfast and free parking and there was no hot breakfast it was in a sack and parking isn’t free. The refrigerator in our room Didn’t work. It was hot in our room. The was was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub and there was a lot of dirt in the pool. The hallways smelled like pee. The closest iced machine was out or order. Very disappointing
