Room is beautiful, however they don’t have the pool or spa area open, it’s under construction, this is the only reason I chose this hotel. They said sorry it’s under construction now, even though the pictures online show the pool. Also read reviews they charge for the spa pool anyways extra, I went to watershed instead to be able to sit in a pool. Also parking is about 50 bucks per day in the hotel it’s not included and they’re stingy with the valdation passes even though you pay 50 dollars a day. They would only give me three when I checked in, you need one everytime you leave the garage and I was staying for four nights, had to keep going to the desk for more, if you’re paying an arm and a leg for parking idk why they do that, the guy when I checked said this is all I have sorry and everytime after they would only give me a couple, not even worth the hassle here.

This property was very entertaining and clean. Very beautiful on the inside. I loved the live music at the restaurant. The only thing I did not like was the hotel closing their pool last minute due to construction. That was the main reason booking the hotel.

The one thing that was odd was the coffee machine only allowed you to make 1-3 oz of coffee. Had to push the brew button three times to get a small amount of coffee in the mug. The machine was designed for expresso and not a cup of coffee.

I loved how unique it was and it was so pretty and comforting. The only downside was I was excited to relax in their hot tub on the roof top but it was under maintenance but everything else was top tier

We were disappointed with our recent stay. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or welcome from the front desk staff. After checking in, we were only told how to access our room—no information was given about the fitness center, WiFi, or nearby dining options. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, we had specifically booked this hotel for the spa and rooftop, which turned out to be under construction—something not mentioned anywhere on the website. That lack of transparency really soured the experience. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, Umbra, and asked to have the fire pit turned on next to us, only to find out it wasn’t working. Small details like that added up and made the stay feel lackluster. Had we known key amenities were unavailable, we would’ve gladly paid a bit more to stay elsewhere. This review is not aimed at Hotels.com, but we hope it can be passed along to Canopy so they can improve the guest experience—especially for those visiting Minneapolis for the first time.

Overall, the service was great, friendly staff and very clean hotel. However, the walls are very thin, we could hear the baby crying next door. We could also hear the neighbors above us talking until 2 AM. At that time I called the Front Desk and they sent security upstairs, however, it didn’t help. The noise continued until 4 AM which was a nightmare.

Very nice and clean hotel with easy access to US Bank Stadium and the light rail. Area around the hotel was clean and very safe. The only negative thing, and it's slight, is that our room was incredibly dark during the day. We had an atrium view on the 5th floor. The room itself could benefit from additional lighting. Overall, great hotel and friendly staff.
