I would strongly suggest not staying here. I met another guest in the lobby and we compared notes and had the same thoughts. First, customer service is terrible, and all the rooms adjoin. I payed for the deluxe room and asked the difference at checkin between a double twin and she said there was none. Because the room adjoining, I had a noisy neighbor at 330 am (blaring music) and the hotel worker would not do anything. When I insisted, the neighbor then retaliated against me. None of the workers fully speak English and the smoking rooms are next to non- smoking so you can still smell smoke. Shuttles did not run on time, and there was no breakfast. Another guest complained about this but the worker did not understand English. The entire building is heavily scented of disinfectant. As my co- hotel friend stated “I believe they are hiding something by overusing so much cleanser” Finally, it’s not safe. I tried to resolve issues amicably with hotel and they would not.

Not good. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Sheets had lint on it and were dusty. Receptionist was not welcoming. Check out time, the Receptionist was fighting over phone to another customer inquiring about her refund.

The heat in the room didn't really work. I had it up to 74 the whole night and it only turned on every once in a while and blew out normal temp air. It didn't actually warm up the room. It also took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to come to the front desk for me to check in. There were issues with the cards for the rooms. One guy came back three times with a card not working while I was checking in and then mine didn't work when I went to my room. The breakfast was also less than expected. I don't think they refilled anything so when it was out it was out. I got there around 830 am and there were two types of bread with butter and cereal.

We stayed 2 nights. The parking lot and sidewalks where not cleaned well with no ice melt put down on the icy sidewalks. One of the out side entrance door’s security entrance was not working. One day the interior door (also the fire exit) at the end of the hallway, just before the outside door would, not open. It was either locked or jammed. The free “great breakfast “, as it’s advertised was bread for toast and butter packets. No jelly. Fruit loops, instant oat meal, coffee (no decaf), milk, orange juice and apple juice that tasted like water. One morning there was thawed frozen toaster waffles. No coffee maker in the room, otherwise room was nice. The work out room had nothing in it.
