The front desk was rude I paid for a premium room and multiple pieces of furniture and appliances were broke the room was filthy. If that was a premium room I’d hate to see what a non premium room looks like

Hotel was average but the hotel staff was amazing. Our first night, we had noisy hotel neighbors however hotel staff was super accommodating and switched our room. The second hotel room shower drain didn't drain at all and hotel staff was able to get the maintenance crew over to fix the shower drain fixed pretty quickly. I'd recommend the hotel if you're looking for an overnight stay.

The hotel was old and run down. The carpet was dirty and worn out. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work and there were 2 sliding doors on the balcony (for safety?!) .

Check in was a pain and staff were not accommodating. No cookies or treats like other Country inn & suites. Property is dated and needs repairs. Pool is great. Breakfast selection was good snd waitress was very attentive and friendly.

When I called before booking I asked about adjoining rooms was told yes they have them so I booked 2 rooms when we checked in again I asked we are in adjoining rooms, was told yes by the guy, when we got up to the rooms they were not adjoining at all, they were by each other, good thing we had adult for other room with the kids

Las zonas comunes, por ejemplo pasillos, cafeteria y alberca estan limpios. La limpieza de la habitacion pudo ser mejor ya que algunas superficies estaban un tanto polvosas. Needs upgrades

Flight was delayed and upon arrival they had cancelled the reservation. Thankfully a room was still available but at a higher rate. Room had plaster hanging from the ceiling, caulk in bathroom area was cracked and grungy. There was no deadbolt latch to secure room.

It was a roof, at least.

Cleanliness was a huge issue to us, thankfully we could make it mostly so we were only there to sleep. The room was dingy, it had an odd smell to it. When you get past that and go into the main room, the curtains were dirty / torn and missing the pull rods to close them (but finctional). The lamp shade was torn (again, functional). Go to the bathroom and find a gross adult sized hand print to the right of the mirror, the light switches were dirty, there was NO hand soap, and when we took a shower (only time) the tub was clogged and filled with old hair from previous stays. At night you go to lock the door and find the extra lock is broken right off the door. And then the morning youll find the front desk staff is too lazy to activate your cards for your entire stay - we had to go every day to reactivate the cards to the room and hotel. Never had that issue before. They share a building with green mill which BUMPS music for some Saturday night event that you can hear in room 118. The obly reason i gave 2 star instead of 1 is the breakfast is as expected and the pool and hot tub was large and clean. The room itelf for the pool is not that warm but the kids were fine with it.
