Room was clean and comfortable. The biggest issue was poor assistance when we arrived at midnight. We had checked in earlier in the day and when we returned, our key didn’t open the door. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. It took the staff 45 minutes to decide to call the engineers to explain how to open the door with a computer. Their offer at the desk was only a $20 food voucher for the restaurant. We could have driven home and been in bed by the time this issue was resolved. So much for convenience.

Everything was great. But noise levels were bad. You can hear your neighbor that you have a connected room with. So it was loud since it sounds like they’re literally just next to you. Then you can hear every door slam from outside your room too which was really annoying

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was clean, smelt nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and could hear the people next door very clearly as if they were in the same room as us. This only bothered us a bit the last night because we were exhausted and couldn’t sleep due to the noise. Other than that great stay!

Nice hotel. The rooms were also nice. The only issue was we were unable to shower this morning because the shower was broken. The maintence staff was called and they showed up right away. He asked if we needed it fixed right away. We said we needed to head out right away, so no because we were looking at a 600 mile drive today. I just wish the prior user would have turned in the shower.

This is a cute hotel! Stayed here because of the location to US Bank stadium. Only about an 8 mins uber ride! Very clean and has a starbucks in the lobby!
