Definitely not a 4-star hotel as suggested by Hotels.com rating. It's an old building that appears to have been renovated and updated, but some remnants remain that are not impressive (doorways, leaky showers, etc). We use Hotels.com often and have learned to trust the rating system, but his one did not fit the bill...especially the cleanliness of the room (stains on the bedding and towels hanging in the room that clearly had not been washed/changed). Their pet policy also leaves a lot to be desired with pets walking around the hotel with guests...even near the restaurant.

Loved the swimming and hot tub! Temperatures for both were perfect! Rooms were nice and beds comfortable! Loved the reading lamps on the headboards. Only thing missing was a continetal breakfast! Would stay again!

Smelled like marijuana, pull out coach was not pull out and had to request a roll away, the base of the main bed fell apart, the main bed moved like a glider rocker, went to eat in Axels for breakfast and the buffet was empty and we had a mouse run across the floor under our table

I thought my experience was a 5.7/10. It was definitely great service! Including our cookies we got at check in. Apparently they were the first cookies to be baked in space. The few things that were disappointing were the whirlpool was outdated. Took a while to fill because the drain didn’t fully suction to the bottom. The spout and handles were so loose and weird as well. It just definitely needs replacing. Which is the whole purpose of that room… the whirlpool. The floor/carpet looked pretty outdated and off compared to the rest of the room. It was ripping in some parts, and felt a little gross to walk on barefoot. But I mean most old hotels maybe feel that way though. And my girlfriend saw one single ant while using the bathroom. So I guess it wasn’t the greatest experience. But it was still my first time ever having a whirlpool in the room. But thanks for the stay either way. It was better then reality and nice to have gotten away.

Nice hotel. A little noisy and under renovation.

Hotel is currently under partial construction in lobby area. The room was nice, a little on the smaller side but no issue. The bathroom is small and could really do with an exhaust fan, but again not a huge issue, just makes bathroom and shower time iffy due to excess moisture and smell. Hotel has a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and wading pool. All in good clean condition. Only down side is it was very busy and there were no pool towels available for at least an hour. We called down to front desk twice and physically walked to ask for more. Eventually they brought in more. Overall our stay was pretty good and accommodated what we needed.

Great Night Stay with Kids

Great night stay in Roseville with Kids! Nice room, comfy beds, great TV, nice Bar/Restaurant on site, very nice workout center, coffee shop, and an awesome Pool/Hot Tub area with Sauna. I’ve become a baby with age regarding pool water temps and this pool was amazingly warm, we all loved it, will definitely return!!

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Obe night stay for a New Year's Eve party. We arrived an hour and a half before check-in but they allowed us to check in early. The pool and jacuzzi were a great hangout that people took advantage of before the festivities. It appears the nozzles were missing on the jacuzzi so it didn't give the desired effect. Instead it was a broad firehose effect. Apart from that everything else was great.
