Stay was OK. We've never had to pay for parking but this time we did, must be a new feature. Stayed in 2 rooms but they were not connecting rooms even though the booking said connecting rooms available. So we had to do back and forth between 2 rooms.

Had to pay $13 for parking and then sign up for a free trial of the Hilton membership in order to use the wifi. Felt like they are looking to nickel and dime you wherever they can. Room was just ok. Could use some upkeep and the air conditioner was very loud.

We had to leave because the people in the adjoining room (not our party) were smoking weed throughout the night, and it permeated our room. We were told that we would get a refund for both nights of our reservation. I'm not sure if this is going to happen as we have been talking to both the front desk of the property and Expedia. It is unclear whether we will get credit for both nights as we didn't stay even the first night.

Not what I expect from a Doubletree… Old hotel with a facelift… pool was down… outlets are so old you can’t use, paint peeling, ants, unknown splatter pattern of black tar?; batteries dead in the remote and the hotel didn’t have any to replace it… this hotel is not downtown… why are we paying for parking?!? The website photographer definitely deserves a raise

No sleep for the wicked !!

The staff was great !!! Very friendly and helpful. We were a little mislead about breakfast which is fine since we found the best place in St Paul to eat. The beds were a little to hard for my likings so for 5 nights I got very little sleep and survived. Next rime I will make sure I go to Drury.

The staff was friendly and had small personal toothpaste and etc when I had forgotten to pack my own for my trip. It saved me a trip of finding a convenience store and the hassle of going out to go buy one.
