Hotel is okay, I guess. I wouldn’t stay again and def not with my kids. The area is a bit shifty and there are people who seem to be living there. We walked to our room and one room opened their door and all we could smell was weed. I’m Pretty sure there were kids in the room so it seems like maybe many of the rooms are being used for shelters for family. I’m totally okay with this as long as people aren't smoking weed and having 20 ppl in a room with kids. There were a lot of unsupervised kids in the hotel as well. The pool area was trashed! Our room was 610 and it was nice because it was tucked away from everything and super quiet. Again woke up to weed smells though when I went down to breakfast. At breakfast the woman making eggs on the big fryer kept shouting at ppl that breakfast wasn’t until 7am and ppl need to listen to the front desk when checking in. Then she went into the back kitchen and yelled at ppl working there as well. She seems fun to work with on a Saturday morning at 7am 😒😒😒 Hotel looks updated but you can tell people are living there and the drug use makes it uncomfortable. Staff needs to stop screaming at ppl, too.

When the cleaning lady came in the morning of my second day of my 3night stay, I requested that the bed be made and informed her I do not need new sheets or new towels. My arthritis makes it difficult for me to fluff and make the bed. She replied she is only there to pick up trash and replace towels; I need to request full service from the desk if I want the bed made. So I said I'll request right away so it can be done today. She said she is leaving early for the day and will probably not get to it that same day. I requested the service immediately at the desk and informed the front desk of my conversation with the cleaning lady. Staff apologized and said he'll get somebody to the room. No one came to make the bed the same day. The service was NOT provided on the same day. It was done the following day. At the beginning of the stay, the note in the room says one has to inform the desk if one prefers not to have the room serviced by the cleaning staff, not the other way around. The cleaning lady had it the wrong way --she said I need to tell the desk if I want full service. Totally unacceptable that even after the customer had notified the front desk before noon, the room was not serviced in the afternoon. This is inadequate, if not bad customer service.

This by far was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm rarely in Saint Paul but if I am ever there again, I won't stay at any other hotel but this one. This has ruined me for all other hotels!

This was our first stay at a Drury hotel, but won't be our last. Our suite was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the free breakfasts, the bar as we watched BB game, and parking was easy (can't beat $14/night). The staff was also very helpful. I thought we might hear traffic being near the freeway, but our room was very quitet. A perfect stay!

Nice hotel food and drinks wonderful

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. We had 2 meals there- First one was meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad, soup, green beans. It was good quality food too. Real plates and silverwear. The other meal we had was breakfast. Eggs, sausage, fried potatoes. They also had fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. It was a good "spread" for both meals definitely not like normal hotel food. They also gave me a card for 3 free drinks I didnt get a chance to use it. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for me and my 2 daughters for 2 nights. We will be going back for sure.
