I liked the breakfast and ease of the property. I did not like that our shower drain was plugged when we arrived so it wouldn’t drain properly for showers and left yuck in the tub. And mold in shower. Also didn’t like that cleaning crew came and asked when you were in room to clean or else didn’t. We shouldn’t have to leave at 10am.

The bathrooms don't have fans/vents so they are like saunas after showering. The bathtub itself was cracked and peeling. We had issues with unwashed blankets and flooded bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. There was also a large spider on the ceiling that scared my niece, which makes me wonder if they maybe don't keep up with pest control. Other than that, the facility was nice and good-looking. Room service was delicious and fast, though a little high-priced. Try the truffle fries! Continental breakfast was phenomenal with fresh fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and made-to-order omelettes, as well as a full array of beverages. The seating area is huge with large enough tables to accommodate our big family. The pool and jacuzzi are salt water, so keep that in mind when getting water around your eyes. Jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing, but the pool was too cold for me. Towels were provided in the pool room, and there is a shower to spray off before and after swimming. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Como Park Zoo, which was an easy drive, and only six minutes from Mall of America. All in all, there were only a few nuisances, and I'd book again.
