This Embassy Suites does not have the signature open balcony overlooking space in the middle. It appears to have been another hotel at some point. It is still a very nice property, just not a traditional Embassy Suites layout

Our thermostat was broken so we were freezing all night and didn’t sleep well. We had a leak in our ceiling, picture attached. The breakfast was cold and things didn’t get filled very quick so we had to go have breakfast somewhere else, the pool was closed Monday morning so the kids couldn’t swim. Also we didn’t have a blanket for the pull out which we didn’t know until bedtime and it was like an hour before we got one, we were told housekeeping wasn’t available and to go down to the desk, when we got there they said they had no blankets, we finally did get one much later.
