Very friendly staff. Key cards were horrible couldnt get into the room, had to go to front desk to have the jeys redone. Was told thats why we push the digital key. Well we were told about that. Tub wouldnt drain soyou had to stand it water. 2nd day they did come unclogg it. Very rundown, desperatly needs updating

Breakfast was great. Omelettes were delicous. Staff was ok. Pool was clean and hot tub was clean and hot. Fitness center was nice and used this daily. The evening reception was nice but on day two we did not get this offered to us due to the snow storm. Brooklyn Center is not the best area and this is not the typical super fantasy Embassy but worked for us. Thank you for the nice stay!
