Parking was crowded with individuals taking up 1 1/2 spaces. This was frustrating with a $10 fee to park. The breakfast area was out of yogurt. Otherwise the hotel itself was great!! Friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I rang to say that I would not be checking in on my planned night due to flight cancellation. Had a bad odor entering the room each time the heater fan went on. Also said we did not need the new towels, etc that they told us they would do on Saturday but they did it anyhow. Free bfast was not great due to no shipment of eggs, etc.

First room they gave us keys to had a couple in it. 2 nd room only had 1 bed. I had to give them a cc for incidentals and they had the nerve to charge 10 on my cc to park in the hotel outside parking lot. Snow wasn’t removed it was icy. Then my daughter needed a shuttle from the airport and they said it wasn’t running. This is the most unorthodox and worse hotel I’ve stayed in
