The staff were really great and helpful. We attended because of a concert and loved how the hotel was connected to the venue and to the parking ramp. Multiple doors are always locked preventing just anyone from coming inside unless you have a room key.

Kelly at front desk was very friendly and pleasant when checked in as well as every time we saw her. Recognized us and greeted us every time we came back in the evening. Made the stay feel like home! Location very good. Will recommend to anyone we hear is coming to MSP.

I was in town for less than 24 hours, and in both the hotel and my room for what was, in all likelihood, just about the bare minimum of time. Still, I found the room spacious, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure respectable. My lone complaint is that it took some work to get the TV to display broadcast channels. The front desk was no help in that regard, suggesting that I simply do without, which I found unacceptable. This could have been prevented if they instruct caretakers to ensure the TV is on the correct HDMI input during the room clean. Overall, the price was right, it was directly adjacent to my venue (Pantages Theatre), and within easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants, for which they had flyers provided, and which for which I was very grateful.
