I really like this property, and the staff are all really great. I did have issues with shipping there, though. My staff sent me a small box, and it took two visits to the front desk and three calls to locate the box more than a day after it had arrived and been signed for. It also seems weird to me that the door is always locked, and you have to buzz them to be let in if you don't have your key. It seems like a pretty safe neighborhood.

Kitchen and breakfast was excellent. My family stayed at this hotel a few times before. We usually were paying $256 for two nights. This time we had to pay $851 for two nights, and honestly, the price was too high for this hotel. Check in was very tough. After 250 miles of driving I had to go to a parking lot a few times because the girl at the check in could not clearly inform me where to park while the parking lot was full actually outside and inside. We had to pay for parking $25 per night. Our check in was Fri, Oct 17 approximately at 6 p.m. No hospitality from hotel stuff during check in. There was not a soap closer to the shower in a pool. Too expensive for not excellent service.

Some rooms (like mine) looked out at a sheer adjoining wall. No view, no sunlight, dark and drab. Avoid room 217! Breakfast was standard industrial fare - nothing tasty. My toilet briefly made a sound like a jet landing as the bowl refilled. I didn't call maintenance, though, so I guess it's on me.
