If you are looking for a room with some room, this is not it. The room and bathroom were small. The room was clean, but the hallways and elevator areas were not. Had to pay $15 for parking through a 3rd party app, which said parking expired at 11am the next morni.no, but checkout was 12pm. We asked the desk clerk and all she could say was, they had nothing to do with parking since it was a 3rd party. Left a message with parking company, received no response. Texted the hotel and got confusing answers indicating it was 24 hour parking, but we checked in around 11pm and they said it was until 11am. We were afraid our rental car was going to be towed. Shame on Hilton for using a 3rd party for parking…for this reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hilton property.

The room was quiet, although a bit small. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had good food at a decent price. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Convenient location at a price that will not break the bank.

Stayed 4 nights during state fair. Our room never got cleaned, sheets or towel change. Thermostat was set below 60 and never got cooler than 70 in there even with notifying staff. Mini fridge also was not very cold. Beds stated pillow top and they were not for our room. The facility was clean and very pleasant looking in the lobby. Pool size is small for the large size of the hotel.

The staff was super helpful, but very busy, at times. I was traveling alone so didn't feel safe walking around as there were no sidewalks. The pool wasnice but got super busy after 8. The food int hotel restaurant was good.

Easy stay after getting into MSP pretty late. Shuttle was already there to pick us up, and the driver was friendly. The hotel was a bit humid inside when we arrived, but not terrible. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

I had run several bad reviews so I was a little leery about booking this hotel. Which was a shame. This hotel was fine. Nothing to complain about. Very nice hotel. Great shuttle transportation. Nice walking distance to the Mall of America as we like to walk. Great shuttle to and from the airport. The room was very nice. There was elevator maintenance going on but it did not delay getting the other elevators. Very nice,knowledgeable staff. We would definitely stay there the next time we're coming through Minneapolis.
