We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now and it never disappoints. Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing food in the lobby restaurant. This particular trip we bought some memorabilia that we could not bring home in the plane. This hotel has a UPS location right in the hotel and we were able to mail our package home to us right from the hotel

The staff that I encountered was very rude to not only me but my children. I understand it was busy and there were a lot of children running around but if you cannot embrace it for a big weekend then this should not be on our lists. The room was nice, the hotel was nice. But I will question staying here again due to the customer service. I spent a lot of money to have such a negative experience.

The Hilton was a busy place! The room was clean and suited our purposes well. Took advantage of the coffee shop for breakfast and late night dessert. Prices seemed high at the restaurant and bar.
