Great stay

Had our pick of hotels between ValleyFair and the MOA, but so glad we chose Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was updated, clean, and quiet and fairly priced. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the delicious breakfast options.

The front desk manager, Anna, was beyond amazing. Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair.

The pool had a lot of chlorine and my brother’s room had a smell to it, but nothing a little febreeze couldn’t handle. Overall good stay. Would stay here again.
