Exemplary staff! There was a huge snowstorm and one of the desk clerks came out and helped clear the foot of snow off my car! I thought that was amazing! The elevator was out of order and one of the housekeeping staff carried my heavy suitcase down to the lobby from the third floor without being asked. Wow!

This property needs TLC. Outdoor area had quite a lot of trash. The room had furniture with holes, loose tile work in the bathroom, and stains on the ceiling. There was something smeared on the wall behind our door. Not the quality we’ve come to expect from the Holiday Inn Brand.
