Pillows were stained red in the first room we were in as well as the one we were moved to. There were also ants in our first room as well but as far as the staff, the staff showed awesome customer service!

This was a very nice hotel to stay at if you are interested in focusing your time on the Mall of America, or need access to the airport. The only downside was that you have to pay for your parking.

Need bacon at breakfast bar and an omelette station. Dana, my shuttle driver was amazing should have option to digitally give gratuity as many people do not travel with cash now.

The hotel was FINE, but not much better. Surprises I wasn't counting on annoyed me ... such as I didn't know they charged $15 a day for parking. I didn't know they only cleaned the room once every 5 days if staying more than one night. I didn't know they had no charging ports ... for a modern hotel, that's really not acceptable. I hate having to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and towels ... if you aren't going to clean my room, at least leave enough that I don't have to deal with that. I guess I just expect more from the Hyatt brand.

The room next to us was loud, slamming doors, talking loud. And playing music till after 3am with a loud bass. The bass could be heard through our whole room. I finally left my room after 1am to notify the from desk about the issue and explained that the hallway also smelled like pot. I wws told they would send someone over but. nothing was done about it. I wanted to ask for a different room but 230 am is too late to pack all our stuff up to switch rooms

Very clean rooms. Pool, gym, and laundry was nice. Breakfast changes everyday and was good enough. Parking is not free and i think it was $12-15 per night.
