This felt like a hotel striving for luxury that missed a few of the marks. Yes, the rooms are spacious. But they were also dated, with stained bedding and empty soap containers. Yes, the gym was amazing, but the dining and food purchasing options were very limited. I loved that it was connected to the skywalk, but that may or may not be useful for others.

Good basic room

Nice high room. Overnight parking was outrageously expensive. Property was convenient to Orchestra Hall. Staff welcoming. Room was comfortable, but ordinary.
