The walls a very thin. The room next to us had loud music playing until after 4am. I contacted the desk twice and security stopped by their room but they just continued the music after security left. The front desk barely mumbled a “sorry about that…” as I was leaving. Parking is astronomical. Absolutely insane to pay $30/ night for a hotel you are staying at. The restaurant inside is pricey. There are few alternatives in the area and it doesn’t feel safe to walk around, especially after dark. Inside the hotel is like a maze. Many rooms are quite far from the elevators. The guest elevators take a LONG time to come. When leaving, we probably waited 10 minutes before we made it downstairs. The first 2 elevators were too full to get on. Despite having 5 elevators in the bank, they are very slow. The only reason I stayed here is because the Sheraton across the street isn’t open yet. I hope to never have to return to this hotel.

I got double charged for incidentals. I got double charged for valet - they did refund the second day. Check in at 3 pm - room wasn’t ready until 530 I ordered the vip suite. Pictures in Expedia are misleading. This isn’t one giant room. It’s two completely separate rooms that takes two different keys. Only reason I may think about coming back is the full court basketball court. Super bummer.

Comfortable stay during a business trip

Beautiful hotel with a great bar and restaurant! Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or the gym, but can say the view is great and the bed was so comfy. Relatively quiet as well. Would stay again!
