Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10AM. Please text us when you have left the property so that our cleaners can come in for cleaning. Make sure all lights are shut off, doors and windows are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO PARTIES AT ALL! we will not tolerate anyone other than the guests that are booked to be allowed to stay in the house during the day or night.
No smoking inside the house. If we find any smell after checkout there will be extra fees charged to the guest for cleaning the odor from smoking.
During quiet time, keep it very quiet going in and to the house as our next door neighbor’s can hear all sorts of noises. Please keep it very quiet.

We wished we were made aware of the two flights of stairs required to get up to the living room, kitchen and the two main bedrooms. We were lucky that we had younger adults to lug our cooler and luggage up the stairs. My wife and I are not able to climb stairs very well being 80 and 76 years old. The home itself was find for my for my daughter ,son-in-law and two teenage grandsons. They loved the bunk beds.
