Great bed, room seemed pre-lived-in.

Efficient greeting staff, super-comfy bed. The only downside was a dirty bathroom counter that had something crusted and gross right in the centre (we had to chip it off, and then scrub it ourself), and the bad had 4 or 5 various hairs and whiskers on it with a rather wrinkled bed sheet.

Room was clean but really needs an update. walls are tearing, outlets caved in so i was unable to plug in my chargers. carpet to ripped it alot of parts, looked dirty. Bed was comfortable but pillows definitely need to be changed out, along with the sheets and blankets since they had holes in them. No bugs but the smell of cigarettes fills the halls, i didnt know this hotel has smoking rooms so that was disappointing to know those still existed. Bathroom had the most problems, the toilet wouldn't flush without alot effort, the tube was ripped apart, shower curtain doesnt look like it was ever changed. wouldn't be possible to take a bath because water came out the faucet lightly so it would take to long and the drain open. But hey they got really hot water so thats a plus for showers.

The front desk guy was very nice and helpful the room wasnt cleaned entirely the remotes didnt work for the tv bath tub felt like i was going to fall thru it when i took a shower trash under night stand from previous guest housekeeping needs to do better beds were hard and stiff breakfast didnt have anything besides toast or cereal wouldnt recommend staying there and wont be staying there again

I guess the biggest thing is I have stayed here weeks at a time and I have a registered service dog. And never had a issue but the new person went all out of her way to tell me oh you can't stay more then 3 days I asked why no problem before?? I'm quiet I'm on time I paid up front there should still be no problem and she wasn't all that friendly to top it off

Only 1 shower towel and 1 key for 2 people. We had to eat cereal with a fork and shared a community gallon of milk. There was basically bread, spoiled bananas, cold cereal, oatmeal, and a gallon of milk for breakfast. There were fruit flies by the bananas and even had a fruit fly trap. Looked like piss stains in 3 corners of the 1 elevator. We tried to go to breakfast and the cleaning staff wouldn't let us on the elevator. We had to walk down the stairs after 2 attempts of the elevator. The bed is super hard and the sheets aren't any better. Glad i brought my own pillow. The staff doesn't wear any name tags. I understand that the rooms are cheap but totally not worth it. Go somewhere else!!!

Smoking room, no ashtray. No stain stopper for the tub/shower. Lamps don't work, outlet won't take plug, hallways stink. Have to get disposable cups from dining room in main floor. Positives: AC works, wifi is easy to connect to. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenience to highway.

The area is not bad but the hotel is poorly maintained - there are Renovations going on and we were told our room was recently renovated however the tv in the room did not work and was not a smart TV. Only one towel was provided to both of us and when we asked for towels we were told we had to go pick them up downstairs because there was no staff to bring them to us. The bathroom was very dirty with hair and dirt in corners and a vent right by the shower had spider webs. The elevator barely works (we were told Sometimes it doesn’t work) and the premises are poorly maintained. Everything dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed but didn’t have any other options. I would not stay at this place
