Property smelled like weed. Homeless people were coming in eating breakfast. Pillows are rock hard along with uncomfortable mattresses. I liked chairs in lobby. Very cool looking and comfortable sitting area.

I was told that I didn't need a password for the wifi, but I was never able to get on the internet. Also, the outside area which is considered the pet area was filthy with dog do. People don't pick up after their pet even though sacks and a garbage can are provided. Which means the responsibility of keeping it clean falls on the property owner/staff.

The property and rooms were very clean and neat. Staff and service were pleasant. Breakfast was decent. However, an upgrade is needed for the furniture, walls and doors. The mattress was good and we slept well. If you are trying to budget, this is a decent motel for the money.

Cheap place to try to sleep

The hotel was clean and safe and had the level of amenities you would expect from La Quinta (not much). However, I was on the top floor (room 411) and the noise from the heating system kept me awake most of the night. Also I could hear my neighbor walking around their room to the point that it sounded as if someone was in my room during the night.

Stayed in a king room and it was the most comfortable bed I had slept on in years! The room was clean, quiet. Rhonda was so pleasant, friendly and sweet at check in and check out. She is a gem to have on premises. She took care of the breakfast area and did such a great job. This was my first time staying here, being to Minneapolis many times. I will for sure stay again and recommend to anyone and everyone going there! To the owners: Rhonda is a gem of a woman, you’re very lucky to have her!

Hotel was decent, nothing special. Could be a little cleaner. Customer service was extremely rude and no awareness of having hospitality. Did like that they don’t put any extra holds on your card though.

Room stunk like smoke

Cigarette smoke was somehow coming into our room thru the bathroom exhaust fan. By the time we figured out where it was coming from it had already taken over our room and thats all we could smell all night, it was disgusting
