I demand a refund!!!!
Well, it wasn't ready when we checked in. So we got put in the apartment on the level below which was really awesome. Then the following day we had to move to the upstairs. And when we walked in it smelled so bad we had to spray tons of body sprays and air fresheners. The walls are so slanted that my boyfriend and I hit our heads everyone we wanted to go to the bathroom or sit on the couch. He's 6ft but I'm only 5ft and I still got my head. There were no silverwear and nothing to cook with. The fridge was a mini fridge and all my food went bad because there was no space. (None of these things were disclosed in the listing FYI) and when I put some food outside to keep it cold animals got into it and it was ruined. The 2 main concerns I have or had was the water pressure in the shower and the heat. So the water pressure was literally nonexistent. You turn it on and it takes 15 min to get warm and it is merely a trickle. I'm not exaggerating it is a trickle and you have to take 10 min to rinse your hair. It was miserable. And then the worst part of all ... There is NO HEAT period in the apartment. It is winter in MN, it was -20 below and we had no heat. There isn't even heat that goes to the unit. There is ZERO forced air. We didn't notice to much at first but by day 2 or 3 I was so freezing out had to say something and going out there was no heat. The host brought a space heater so risk I had 2 little space heaters to get an entire apartment. The space heaters are meant for a 10x10 room. Not a whole apartment. It was so cold my hands and yours were numb. My bf won't up in physicsl paid from being so cold his teeth would chatter in his sleep. And I believe it is illegal to rent a place that has no heat. In Minnesota there is even a child weather time it's a law and you MUST have heat or you do not have to pay your rent. It's a law. So this is unacceptable. We ended up having to stay with a friend majority of the time to stay warm and use their shower. We were not able to even enjoy our time because we were so cold and miserable there. Couldn't even be the a nice hot shower. It was ridiculous. Beyond how miserable we were though, it is illegal from the months of October to spring but to have heat. Do I am debating a refund. I
