Although the price was reasonable and the place was clean, the condition of our room was not great- broken flush handle on the toilet stool, bathroom door warped and peeling, tile coming up in bathroom. And it was dirty around the building. Don’t think I’d stay there again.

They said parking was free on the website when purchased rooms. Upon checking in, was told they had a $10 fee for parking. They also stated that they were going to give me conjoined rooms a half hour after check in. (Check in time at 3pm) They had me wait till 5pm, just to be told they had already given one of our rooms to someone else because of lack of communication within the staff members.

Quality it was not. The entire hotel is in poor condition. The walls are dirty and stained. The ice machine was gross and moldy. The entire first floor smelled disgusting like trash and mildew. Our room was visibly stained with food and the headboards were greasy. There was blood on one of the towels. Disappointed is an understatement.

First the lady in the reception so rude and disrespectful to me and give me the wrong room my first night . Next day Im report to the manager everything somebody hit my car,wrong room and the manager never call me back. About what happen. Second the pool so dirty and no breakfast only cherrios and waffle. Plus charge 10 dollar parking is no good never come. Back

The property looked like it had been recently renovated on the inside. The parking lot was in disrepair and some of the outside doors would not unlock and you had to go to another door.

Good breakfast. Helpful staff. I did not realize that there would be a charge for parking and that is my only concern- they did waive the $10 fee which I appreciated. Staff were friendly too.

Gross smell

Horrendous smell throughout the entire place. Lobby, elevator, hallway, room. Like a blend of cigarettes & weed. Some parts would take your breath away it was so strong. Very run down hotel, not maintained well, generally gross overall. I made a mistake booking there.

Our room keys didn't work after we went down for breakfast and we had to wait more than 5 minutes for the front desk person to show up. Then she acted like we were disturbing her, she didn't apologize and begrudgingly recoded our key cards.

The online photos of this hotel are misleading. At check-in, I was surprised with a $10 per day parking fee. The main entrance was dirty, with razors and trash on the ground. The front desk attendant appeared to be under the influence—fidgety and acting strangely. We were given a room on the third floor. The elevator smelled strongly of marijuana. The ice machine had visible mold, and the A/C only worked when set to 60°F, making the room uncomfortably cold. The curtains were torn, the headboard was spray-painted to cover damage, and the sheets had cigarette burns. There were no blankets in the room; we had to request them. Panels in both the elevator and bathroom were screwed in as a makeshift fix. The bathtub wasn’t clean, so we laid down a towel before using it. On the second day, I asked for a refund for the remaining nights, but because I booked through an Expedia package, I was told it wasn’t possible. We were moved to a first-floor room where the A/C worked and we didn’t have to use the questionable elevator, but not much else improved. The advertised “hot breakfast” consisted only of waffles—no eggs, bacon, or other basics. A staff member even admitted, “Quality Inn took us down to the lowest standards.” I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better-maintained and more honest accommodations elsewhere.
