We travel a lot for business a few dozen a year. Honestly, this experience with the staff has been the friendliest cordial and helpful staff that you had the last few years. Especially a gentleman named by Mohammed at the front desk. He went out of his way to help us out. Any chance you could New aspire our first name and always make sure that you were happy you can tell that he really enjoys his job, which made our stay much more pleasant Knowing that you have someone there any good or bad makes this day much more enjoyable. I wish I could give him some direct personal shout out, but Muhammad was amazing and honestly, the rest of the staff were very pleasant and very helpful!

Bathroom floor was not moped. Rude women at the front desk. Not very accommodating. Almost didn’t give me my room I paid for 4 months prior. Telling me I have to get my refund through Expedia, you’re not getting anything from us. I wasn’t asking for a refund! Terrible the employees you have to settle for in the big city. The parking fee in the ramp 15 hours as a guest in their hotel was a shocker too. Stay away, couldn’t believe the reviews were so high, I was duped, don’t you be! Stay away!

Beautiful hotel. Was a high class feel and perfect getaway hotel for us. Great location for events at any of the downtown event centers. Parking was a bit tight, but had easy access in and out of hotel.

Great hotel!!

We stayed 3 nights in a business class junior suite, the room was amazing! So much room, the bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable! We did not have housekeeping the entire time we were there, at our request, however, I would go down the hall and greet the housekeeper at her cart and she would give me waters and more coffee pods! If we return to Minneapolis, we will for certain stay at this hotel!
