Very dirty, sheets stained, attempted to run a bath for the kids and had nasty black floating dirt in the tub. Pool was dirty and full of bugs dead and alive(surprisingly spiders seem to enjoy swimming in chlorine) and of course the kids had to ask me to make sure every one of the bugs were dead before they’d go near the water. The ice machine was broken and even the dolly for luggage was a disaster with screws not tightened in years. No view to enjoy as workers were throwing furniture off the roof so between all the trash and broken furniture everywhere this is one place I’d avoid, there’s so many cheaper options then this where you would feel safer, it’s definitely no where to go with kids or to actually enjoy. Maybe if you were single and needed a place to crash and didn’t want to enjoy any part of this place it would be ok but had my reservations been refundable I’d have walked out in a heart beat, yuck just yuck.

There were a few gnat hanging around in the bathroom. I had a family emergency arise and I got a call at 11AM from family member. I was trying to deal with this as best I could from afar. At 11:30 a man knocked on the door. I said I was leaving. He said that checkout was at 11: 00. I knew that, but didn't expect to have to say several times I was getting ready. To be fair, he didn't know about my family emergency, but you shouln't be rude to a guest and assume a guest is rude as well. I think I have stayed here four times, but I will rethink staying here again.

The place was clean; they had plenty of staff cleaning regularly. But there was a flood in the hallway near the ice machine. Wifi was sporadic. TV service went out, which they blamed on Direct TV. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but the next morning, that became a discount "for a future stay." I also didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit "in case of damage" on top of room charges and for which I did not receive a receipt!

This is a 1 star hotel, with a Ramada sign out front. Room had mosquitos, bathroom wall leaked when a shower was used upstairs. Even the attraction brochures up front were out of date, and completely out of area. Was suppose to have had a queen bed, got a double, and because we had a dog, they wouldn't give us another room. Overall, not happy at all.

The upside was that multiple reviews here mention roaches, and we didn't see any! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel (the cupboard around the in-room refrigerator was disintegrating, the carpets felt grimy and slightly damp, there was glitter embedded in the floor and the night stands were very dusty except where there was clearly spilled liquid.) The TV didn't work until the morning we were leaving. On arrival we only had two small pillows on the bed, and when I asked at the front desk for others, they firmly said I could "only have one more" and handed me--not to be dramatic--the lumpiest un-cased pillow I've seen in a LONG time. Breakfast was fine. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub because despite the listed in-hotel open time of 9:00 a.m., the front desk told us they didn't open until "9:30 or so." I mentioned the signs and they let us know, "A lot of things have changed. We don't know why the signs aren't right." (Other reviews mention the pool is closed until 10:00 a.m., and with checkout at 11:00, we just decided to leave.) The shower was dirty and the head was calcified, so we didn't use it. There was also a wedding with a DJ/music playing until about midnight, so sleep was rough. All in all, not a great stay, but also one of the cheapest options nearby, so.

I didn't like the smell of the room smelled like something rotten. Turning on the split made it smell worse. lamps were torn and ripped. Pillow weren't large but more like throw pillows. For the price that we spent I wouldn't recommend it to someone. only area that was decent was Breakfast and the pool

Bugs, dirty, disarray

We reserved for adult grandkids and and great grandson. The kids couldn't stay in the rooms, as they were not cleaned,dirty linens and BUGS! This was not at an early check-in, but well after the room should have been ready. I am appalled that the Ramada name would allow such conditions.
