This property was not at all as in the pictures, we have 3 children and we actually feared for their safety. There was boots and bedding just laying in the hallway carpets were all stained holes in the walls and the whole room smelled of heavy smoke and other things. The best part of the hotel was the manager as he worked with expedia and understood our concerns and made sure we got a full refund for our room. Overall i do not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made. AGAIN THIS WAS NOT THE MANAGEMENT FAULT. THE PROPERTY OWNERS NEED TO RECOGNIZE THE ISSUES AND FIX THEM!!! MANAGER ON DUTY WAS GREAT!!!

Sloppy maintainance work. Sloppy paint. The front desk is trying to double charge me. They are not honoring Expedia prices. There was no breakfast provided. Just waffles and dry cereal. No milk. No fruit. No bagels. No sugar. No eggs. No sausages. No hash browns. They ran out of some juice. There was one yogurt container left. Nothing for breakfast. I advise to everyone not to stay there. They will try to flem flam you by doubling you charges. Stay away.

This site is what messed up my reservation. When I got to the hotel they never got what I drove 6+hrs and paid for with days in advance. I am very unhappy with your company. The hotel? Stay was pleasant.

Give me my money back please.

I paid with card at the hotel desk and money was taken out of my account for room fee and incidentals 30 seconds later they said it was canceled and tried to re run but being my money was taken once already so had insufficient funds. I than had to pay cash. This was on july 29th. Still aug 8th my funds still show pending and have not recieved them. Why can't i have my money back? Why cant you find in the credit portal on your system my payment and clear it. Unacceptable.

It was a nice stay i was hoping they were going to have egg options for breakfast but they didn't it was only sausages which im not a big fan of but thwy had other options which were ok. I can't really complain because they could have not offered breakfast at all. We got in late so didn't get to utilize anything else but it was an overall good stay.

We did have a clean room. went down to the pool and the only way in was through the gate that led to the hot tub. We had to crawl through the safety bars to get to the pool. The breakfast that showed on the front page looked wonderful. Went down to eat, barely anything.
