There was a problem with our toilet, it needed to sometimes be flushed 2 or 3 times to stop running. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but it was not in service. The shower also would not completely shut off. The breakfast was good, and we liked the couch and ottoman in the room

HC room was very tight for a wheelchair, bath tubs are not good for me a perapalegic. a roll-in shower with a flip down seat is preferred, carpet looked dirty and felt dirty on bare feet. A tile floor is preferred for wheelchair customers.Sorry, an expensive review to accommodate.

Upon arrival, room had not been cleaned properly. Toilet was clogged and nobody came to fix it so we ended up getting moved to another room. Some of the room items were in disrepair and there were drain gnats. Front desk staff was helpful when they could be. Decent breakfast options, but eating area was a little messy.

Room smelled musty. My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed, no blankets, just sheets. My son wemt to ask for a blanket. The guy at the counter gave him a thin sheet blanket saying thats all that was avaliable. She had to sleep in her sweatpants and sweatshirt to stay warm. King size bed had the lumpiest pillows, seemed very worn out. Sorry we will not stay here again.

When it rained it leaked in from the window sill, had a musty smell, The pictures showed a jetted tub as part of the suite but upon arrival and check in no jetted tub was told pictures were incorrect and that they were booked up so either keep it or have nothing, hot tub in pool area broken, bed had only 3 pillows asked for 2 more was told a chsrgevwould be added, no clean towels provided after our 2 night stay
