The front desk service is OUTSTANDING!! We arrived Thanksgiving evening and she could not have been more helpful, cheerful and kind. This is why we keep Coming back. Dinner at Lela was marvellous thanks to manager Sammy. You were so wonderful getting us fed with a great meal selection before you closed for Thanksgiving.

This property has been my go to hotel and dining room for years. When it was. Hotel Sofitel too! The staff and dining and bar have always been great! I have been coming here since 2006. Sammy the manager and Jody, a server, have been great to see them when I stop. Horah!

The hotel was fine. However, I left a valuable item in my room and called to retrieve it. They told me that Tim service found the item and that they would mail it to me. It never arrived. One of their staff took it for themselves. Absolutely not acceptable!
