I asked if there was room service at check in, and was told the kitchen was open 4-10, no mention of any cutoff times. At 9:37, after rushing back to the room in time, we called and were told the kitchen was closed, and that room service wasn’t an option. Then, about 30 minutes later, decided to utilize the 24/7 fitness studio, and there were 2 pedestals with the fabric band between blocking off the fitness room. Frustrating that the amenities were not available as advertised.

Great hotel, bar closes early (probably a good thing) and it is not good for walking to eat except for fast food. The restaurant makes a very good Bolognese!

I mostly came here for the convention next door but was pleased to find the hotel classy and clean. The floor numbers are a little confusing, but overall it feels safe, clean, and quiet.
