Crappy pillows

Pillow suck. 2 extremely hard pillows that felt like bricks and 2 extremely soft pillows with no structure at all. Head would just sink down to the bed and batting would be around you jead not under it. Woke up with the worst neck and sholder pain ever. Lots of noise from hallways with doors slamming and staff vaccuming before 8am when tring to sleep yet.
