Had 14 peeps here from TX to celebrate our Moms 90 th bday (!). Amazing place-had snacks waiting for us, prior to coming I emailed with them and they got back immediately with responses, left numbers in case there were any issues(which there were not). Best set up ever for a larger group of people -choose the floir you want as home base and the other two offer some escapement when needed.5/5 for certain!!

Just What We Needed

Our large family gathered in Minneapolis over Memorial Day weekend to lay my Dad to rest in Lakewood cemetery and decided we all wanted to stay in one place. We booked the Pleasant Mansion mainly because it had more than enough rooms and beds for everyone. We were very impressed at how well equipped the house was! There were even food items which was super convenient as most of us got in late and had no time to go shopping. I would venture to say this house is the best equipped short term rental I've ever stayed in. The massage chairs were a hit! No shortage of seating and places to sit and gather, in both small and larger groups. There are extra refrigerators which we did not need but if you have a large group staying for more than a few days this would be a bonus. The house is roomy, eclectic, and is a nice mix of funky and modern. The three different levels make for good separation when you want it. We had a great time at the Pleasant Mansion! Definately would book again!

Corporate retreat was a hit!

The 3-level home with complimentary food and drinks; separate bathrooms on each floor; and the large open space for group gatherings was perfect for our team.

We had an excellent stay here. Owners were very responsive to our questions and very gracious. The house offered a variety of fun acts. We’d stay there again!

Family gathering spot

The house was the perfect spot for family members from across the country and Japan attending my mom’s funeral to hang out and catch up with each other. Not all stayed there but found it easy to park, except on weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm due to no parking on the street, though it seems like a temporary situation. It is also a very central location to all parts of the Cities. The hosts also provided goodies and breakfast items including organic fruit which was very nice, though we had made a Costco run prior to arriving. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice having the air conditioning in each room. The only issue we saw was no light in the front so when it was dark it was hard to see where you’re walking and the walkway was a bit uneven. We weren’t sure what we needed to do at check out as many provide a checkout list of things renters need to do. We would return with a large group.
