The Living Bar & Prohibition Bar were closed due to construction, thus information was not relayed to us at any time prior to check in. We even got emails welcoming to “W” but nowhere stated bars weren’t open, to the contrary

All around disappointment.

I rented a total of five hotel rooms for a business conference. I had hoped to impress my team. But instead, they lost most of our gift bags that they promised to put in the rooms. And had abominable customer service at the front desk. My room had a leaky toilet and a shower that didn’t work very well. Also, the hotel bar, which is half the appeal of this property was under construction, which was not published anywhere add all that frustration and disappointment to trying to resolve with the manager, whom has not returned a phone call or email since my stay. So much for trying to resolve it the old-fashioned way and give people a chance Before you write a poor review.

The staff here was the most unfriendly I have ever witnessed. Also, no coffee in the lobby is just sort of like meh…we don’t give a hoot about our guests. I will never stay at this location again.
