Unfortunately, our penthouse suite at supposedly the best hotel in Minneapolis, did not have any hot water for us to take a shower in. Our in room breakfast was cold and the eggs were raw and the toast was sauggy. The usb charging stations didn’t work either. Did not make for a great wedding night stay as we were expecting.

Granted we were there on NYE, the common areas were dirty especially the elevator area...very old and dingy. We had to wait over 40 mins for an elevator to take us down to the lobby to join NYE celebration in the W Club. I was excited to stay at this place because I'd been to the bar on the 27th floor and enjoyed the atmosphere there, however the hotel is very dirty and raunchy, sadly.
