Immersed in the pleasant green of Irpinia, exclusive country house on one level of approximately 250sqm with panoramic views. Renovated in 2016 with a very large garden and 6x12 swimming pool with Roman steps, the villa has 3 large bedrooms with 8 beds, simple, comfortable and completely new. It has a representative bathroom all covered in antique marble and a service bathroom. A living room of about 100 square meters with a very original fireplace and exposed wooden beams where a lot of your friends can have lunch with you in total comfort. The kitchen is very large, habitable, with a comfortable table where you can prepare a tasty breakfast, a delicious lunch or a magnificent dinner using all the new generation appliances put at your disposal. In addition, you can invite lots of friends and organize exclusive parties and events in the large, well-kept garden full of flowers with vases and antique amphorae. You can have lunch or dinner outside in the garden in the shade of two centuries-old cherry trees or under the very large pergola of over 100 square meters with a wood-burning oven and barbecue and on cold or rainy evenings you can use the completely transparent pergotende for the hermetic closure of the veranda.
