Aqua Grande is a private, resort-style coastal villa designed for unforgettable group vacations in the heart of Frangista Beach. Centered around one of the largest private lagoon pools in Miramar Beach, this expansive 7-bedroom retreat offers elevated comfort, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and premium amenities throughout. Located just 300 feet from gated private beach access, Aqua Grande is ideal for multi-family trips, group gatherings, and luxury beach escapes where space, privacy, and entertainment matter.

INSIDE THE HOME
First Floor
Designed for entertainment and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the first floor includes two king bedrooms with direct pool patio access and a shared bathroom with tub/shower. A third sleeping option includes a king bedroom with a twin rollaway, ideal for flexible group needs.

Game Room & Lounge
This recreation space is fully loaded with a multi-game arcade console, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, a 55” Smart TV, and direct access to the pool deck-perfect for kids, teens, and adults alike.

Second Floor
The second level features two king bedrooms with balcony access and a shared bathroom. The main living and dining area is also located on this level, offering new leather seating, a 65” Smart TV, dining space for 10, additional bar seating for 6, and balcony dining for 4. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and premium cookware.

Third Floor
Two primary king suites occupy the top floor, each featuring private balconies overlooking the pool and ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers. The third-floor bunk suite includes six twin beds, a mini bar, Smart TV, and ample space for kids or teens.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Aqua Grande is built around its private tropical backyard oasis featuring an expansive heated lagoon pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table, outdoor kitchen and grill, covered dining area, gas fire pit, and ample lounge seating. Multiple balconies overlook the pool, creating a true resort-style atmosphere. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy.

Pool heating is available November 1–March 31 for $50/day due to the size of the pool.

BEACH ACCESS
Walk just 300 feet to the gated Frangista Beach private access. Guests enjoy a secure, low-traffic entrance with no condo crowds and free seasonal beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella, March–October). Additional beach gear is provided at the home.

PRIME LOCATION
Aqua Grande is ideally located in the heart of Frangista Beach, one of Miramar Beach’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Walk to Pompano Joe’s, The Whale’s Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchen, Royal Palm Grille, and Cabana Café. Short drives take you to Seascape Town Center, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, golf courses, and charter fishing.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, mouthwash, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Guests may need to replenish consumables depending on length of stay and group size.
