***Only golf carts registered with the Sandestin Owner Association are allowed on resort grounds. The published rate excludes a refundable $500 golf cart deposit. A signed Golf Cart Agreement is required.
****Pets are only permitted in select pet-friendly units. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please ensure you book a pet-friendly accommodation. A non-refundable taxable pet fee of $250 will be applied to any pet-friendly accommodations. Renters are liable for any damages to the premises, furniture, equipment, and household items.
