Horrible service!

Paid $1300 for about 3 nights and on the first day I checked in they charged an extra $300 to my card. It was not a deposit or cleaning fee. On the first day I checked in and put my luggage in the room to come back hours later to everything gone out of my room. Per front desk worker they thought I left! Who in their right mind would check in and leave immediately leaving all their items?! Then they stated they needed an address on file? They already had prior to check in.. worst experience and they didn’t offer any money back for the inconvenience! Would not recommend staying there

Made nonrefundable reservation through Expedia on July 23 for Aug 1st. When we arrived, no reservation. Not sure who screwed up, but we had to pay for a night of lodging we already had paid for...and at a higher rate.

The staff was very inviting and attentive, however; We will never stay here again for the following reasons: dirty carpets, AC in hallways out for our ENTIRE stay (4 days) We asked about it everyday and was told it would be fixed day after day. It was HOT, and as someone with asthma, this was a huge struggle! … we never received room service after we requested it on the second day and every day after. Food options were poor (only pork as a meat option) , the cleaning staff that we did see were leaned over on their carts on their phone for quite some time. To top it off, our bed sheets were dirty Never again!

Our first room (king) was 87 degrees at 11 pm. They changed us to another room that the air worked great in but it was two doubles. Great service though! The beds were comfortable. Our tub wouldn’t drain during our showers. Comfy beds were the saving grace here!!

The staff was nice but the rest of the experience was not good. No water pressure, hot hallways, etc. I guess I’m comparing it to other Comfort Inns that I’ve stayed and it’s not a good comparison.

Tried to cancel this booking 2 hours after it was booked and TERRA HERSELF told me the manager was not in. Interesting she’s the new GM? For 4 days Expedia was given the run around about a manager not being onsite and when I finally called again Yash was completely unhelpful. Worst experience ever with this hotel. Will never stay there.

First, We were put on the ground floor by the elevators and told not other rooms were available. Second, toilet in the room was clogged on arrival and was given a dirty plunger to fix myself. Bathroom sink fixture fell off in my hand when I went to wash my hands after plunging the toilet myself. Worst experience I have had at any hotel. Will not be returning.

Rooms are veryyy small with no closet. There is no ice maker on the 1st floor. Only on the 2nd and 3rd, and the 2nd floor one was broke. Very inconvenient. On my last day, most of the breakfast items were gone and I was told they could not replenish them because the truck was not coming in until another day.

Dirty/Low breakfast

The rooms was dirty holes in the walls ,the tubs was stopped up and dirt from previous vacationers. The second bed fell apart literally the bottom of the bed was laying on the floor. Also the breakfast was no so great if you have kids and what different breakfast option this hotel is not recommended ‼️
