Front desk did not suggest restaurant across the street when we arrived at 9 pm and hotel calypso was closed. Front desk said we could not get our sandy sheets changed unless WE stripped the bed(Trish at front desk) never heard of that on all my travels around the world. Pets were in the restaurant at breakfast, not acceptable. Room was pretty beat up and smelled horrible and no way to open the window. Front desk staff need work Restaurant staff were amazing and deserve a raise!

We booked a king deluxe suite with a view. Our view was a tree and construction parking lot-should have been the ocean. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. They told me management would contact me within 24 hours-crickets, nothing. Disappointed. Not asking for much-just what I paid for.
