Property was mostly clean, staff were friendly. The bathroom in the room could have used a more thorough cleaning, especially the shower. Upon checking in, there was a surprise $150.00 security fee charged due to “Spring Break” which should have been conveyed prior to arrival. Also, If you book through 3rd party such as hotels.com, you can’t get late checkout. The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops which is convenient.

The hotel was okay. You can tell it needs to be maintained better. My room was okay. The biggest problem was the random housekeeper knocking on my door at 8pm and then just unlocking the door when no one answered, when I called downstairs to complain, the manager said that’s why I should bolt lock my door. But since when is it normal for housekeeping to enter your room in the after hours? So customer service is not their strong suit. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Checked in ns was not informed of housekeeping shortage until day two of our vacation. My family and I had to personal ask for additional towels during our stay and no one came to pick up dirty towels or service the room. Killed a few roaches. Had a horrible Wifi connection and couldn't watch TV. There is no view of beach. Disappointed in accomodations. Will not return to this location.
