This unique setup provides you with a 2BR/2BA condo plus a King Studio, making this a 3BR/3BA property with an extra kitchenette and full bathroom. The unit can be rented as a two bedroom, or you can also rent the studio with a king bed next door all in one! So much room for families or groups to hang out or have some space! Both units together sleep 8!

This huge, bright, and colorful condo is located in the Tops'l Resort Summit building, where you'll wake up each morning to absolutely stunning views of the Gulf and the Miramar Beach shoreline. Take in the view from huge windows in the primary bedroom, studio bedroom, and living room. Enjoy coffee, sweet tea, or a cocktail on either of the two private balconies!

The condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large guest bathroom in the hall. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a brand-new dishwasher. Check out the gorgeous view from the open living and dining area. There is also a sofa sleeper in the den. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably!

The studio boasts a king size bed, full bathroom with a tub fit for a mermaid, a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The units are separated by a door that can be locked for privacy or kept open based on guest preference.

On the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be a short walk from the sugar sands of Miramar Beach, shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and tennis courts. You can ride the free tram to the beach and dine at two wonderful restaurants on-site. There are more than a dozen golf courses to try out in the surrounding area, as well as fantastic shopping, dining, and other attractions at Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (five miles west). For the nature lovers, make your way to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking, kayaking, fishing, and biking.

THINGS TO KNOW

No guests under the age of 25 are permitted as the primary renter (children are welcome!), regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration.

Cancellation: Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund with the exception of the Processing Fee (normally $159 or above). Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Protection Premium”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
