The space
Get ready to embark on an epic Florida vacation! Our home is conveniently located near Destin's best: sand, surf, beach activities, and an incredible food scene.
Our 1989 square-foot home offers more space than your typical beach House, with increased privacy, additional security, and an intimate large backyard- perfect for your beloved pets (up to 2, with fee).

You’ll be just steps away from our community’s private white sand beach! We provide a FREE beach wagon, umbrella, and two chairs to take with you on your daily beach adventures ($50 daily savings)! Our home sleeps up to 16 people comfortably, with three full Bathrooms, four bedrooms, and nine beds.

Suppose working is a must while on vacation; no worries! Enjoy blazing-fast wifi for all of your work or streaming needs. Everyone can stay connected with zero issues.

Here’s the house breakdown, so you’ll know exactly what to expect:

Kitchen: If you love cooking while on vacation, you’ll be happy to find everything you need and then some in our fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, large double-door refrigerator, a double toaster, blender, and coffee maker, plus plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy meals in-home.

Living Room: Retreat to the living room after a long day in the sun, and relax on the large & cozy sectional while you stream your favorite show or movie on the 65” TV with Roku and sound bar for excellent audio. This space is also perfect for a fun game night! Choose from the PS4 with games, a complete poker set, and numerous board games. We make vacation fun a priority!

Bedrooms: Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep with four full bedrooms and nine beds, all with luxury mattresses & HD TVs with built-in Roku and cable.

Cleanliness is a priority! Just as our fantastic guest reviews confirm, our amazing beach house will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We also ensure to disinfect of all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.

Great Place

I loved this house. The pool was great and clean. The house was cozy and I loved having 2 living rooms 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. I’m plenty of space for my whole family. Also it was nice being able to see the pool from the living room. The host was very quick in responding to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This home was perfect for our extended family and our two pups. The kids enjoyed the pool, while the pups enjoyed being able to roam in the fenced in yard. My MIL and my husband had to do some unexpected work while there so the office was an added bonus. The house was much larger than I anticipated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall wonderful experience.

Lovely Home Overall

We had a great stay here for our vacation week. The home is spacious, with nice finishes in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is perfect temperature and the backyard is very inviting. The hosts are very responsive and eager to make sure your stay is nice. The only thing that I would add is that if you have infants/small children or elderly, the beach is a bit of a walk, especially in the heat, and factoring in wagon, coolers and beach gear. It was a good 12-15 minute walk. I would certainly look into a golf cart rental prior to my stay if we visit this location again.

Great Location, Ample Space

This was the perfect home for our group of 14 - 3 families - to spend a week! The rooms and home overall were all more spacious than they appeared in photos. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach with small children. The backyard was great for spending evenings in the pool and grilling. Will consider staying here again if available next time we plan a group trip.

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were evacuated from Clearwater for Hurricane Milton. We had to book this property last minute, I explained to the host what was going on and any help in the price would be greatly appreciated. The host immediately responded offering us a discount, BLESS YOU! The house is very modernized, very usable layout and perfect for our 2 families to stay. The pool was wonderful, as were all the offered patio furniture to sit by the pool while our kids swam! The beds were comfortable, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, and the large sectional couch in the living room made it easy for family time after dinner. The kitchen had nice, solid surface countertops and updated appliances. We walked to Pompano Joe's for dinner one night and to the beach twice. This property was incredible, the neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors were so friendly. Thank you again for helping us have a great week in the midst of worrying about having to evacuate for Milton. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our needs. We had 2 boys that loved the pool. The beach is very close and the neighborhood is very quiet. We made a lot of meals in the house and they pretty much have everything you’ll need as far as equipment. Very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location and CLEAN

We booked this for a family vacation and were thrilled with the house, overall. Very clean when we arrived and a seamless check-in process. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and safe. Plenty of accessories in the kitchen and rooms (eventhough some definitely showed some wear and tear). While the location is central to just about anything you'd need, a golf cart for the beach would've really been great. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes or so. Great communication with the owner, with prompt responses. The pool was awesome and very warm (maybe the heat was on?) Overall, you cant go wrong with this place. It was very comfortable for our party of 9.

The house was wondrful, we had all the things we could need. It was a quiet, gated community that was convenietly located to stores, restuarants and the beach. The beach was a short walk from the house and was such a nice walk for us. We even walked to Pompano Joe's for dinner one night. The fenced backyard was nice to have for our little furbaby. My family also utilized the pool and opted to have it heated as it was still a little cool out. The finishes on the house are wonderful and it's as pretty as the pictures show. If you stay get a golf cart, we had so much fun and was able to get where we wanted on it. We would definitely book this home again!

Perfect Snowbird Rental

We stayed for 2 months this winter. The house was clean and well equipped for longer living. The owners and property manager were great communicators and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the neighbors and the short walk to the beautiful beach was perfect. The pictures and property description were exactly what we found when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend to any future renters.
