Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
Maximum Occupancy: 7 guests
Parking: 2 standard-size vehicles (No overflow parking)
Mail & Package Delivery: Do NOT ship to the home; forwarding is in place and delivery is not guaranteed
Incidentals Hold: $700 (released on checkout day)
Rental Agreement Required: Must be signed prior to arrival or entry will not be granted
Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel soaps, 1 roll paper towels, 3 rolls toilet paper, 4 trash bags, sponge, dish towels, and laundry pod pack — enough for the first night only
Kitchen Appliances: Standard appliances, traditional drip coffee maker, and Nespresso machine

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. The following are strictly prohibited:
Excessively loud music
Vulgar language
Large parties or unauthorized events
Disturbances or HOA rule violations
Violation may lead to eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.

No Pets or Animals
No Monthly Discounts unless approved in writing
Minimum Age 25 (no exceptions)
No Smoking: Inside the home, balconies, pool area, walkways, or common areas
Parking: Maximum of 2 cars; no RVs, trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, large vehicles; no overflow parking
No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms (damaged linen will incur charges)
Rental Agreement Required (failure to sign may result in cancellation with no refund)
Beach Chair & Umbrella Rentals: Available from local beach vendor for an additional fee
