Between the pair you get four queen beds, two kitchenettes, and two full bathrooms, which makes booking both an easy fit for two families, a group of friends, or a couple of couples splitting a Gulf Coast week.

Reserve the two together and you settle into the Elation building, tucked along the bayside of the resort within an easy walk of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Unit 5316 keeps two queen beds, a bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and a calm outlook over the gardens and pond — the kind of quiet view that makes early coffee feel unhurried. A compact kitchenette handles quick breakfasts and beach snacks, and the pool and hot tub are a short stroll from the door.

Unit 5318 mirrors it with two more queens, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette, plus a small table that works just as well for a card game as a laptop. A Juliet balcony lets the coastal breeze and morning light move through the room — not a sit-out space, but a welcome bit of air and a glimpse of the grounds — and a TV rounds things out for winding down after a full day.

The real draw is everything just past the door. As guests, you have access to the resort's pools and hot tub, tennis courts, spa, and fitness center, plus a complimentary tram that loops the property and runs you over to the sugar-white sand of the private Gulf beach in minutes. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a short walk away, where shops, restaurants, and live music fill the evenings, and the on-site marina sets you up for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing charters, or a dolphin cruise on the bay.

Beyond the gates, you're in the heart of Miramar Beach and minutes from Destin, the self-styled "world's luckiest fishing village," known for emerald water, deep-sea fishing, and a run of well-kept golf courses. Ziplines, dolphin tours, and family attractions are all close by, and downtown Corpus Christi's aquarium and waterfront make for an easy day trip when you want a change from the sand. It's a relaxed, low-key base with the whole resort at your feet — room to gather, room to breathe, and the beach never far off.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Communal laundry facilities are available.
- A pack-and-play is available upon request.

Parking Details:
- Guests must register in order to receive a QR code in order for them to enter the parking garage.
- Guests will receive a text with information and a link to complete their parking registration. They must complete the registration in full and pay $10 in order to enter the parking garage.
- Guests are only permitted to park inside the parking garage or in the designated overflow parking area.
- Download and refer to the Sandestin app for information on overflow parking, tram routes and schedules.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
