Everything was broken from the door that locks the room to teh air conditioning. The staff is not to blame, but i will never return. Out staff will also be put in differnt hotel in Miri. No one deserves this lack ofvproperty management.

The hotel is great, staff is friendly, rooms clean.. and the prices are great… The only drawback I had whatsoever was they do not have a in-house restaurant… but I cannot even complain about that, because of the hotels location you can get local food of all ranges/types, basically right out of the door, and within walking distance of the hotel. So it’s definitely the place to stay, for comfort convenience and exploring.. I personally loved it there…
