The guest unit is in the daylight basement of the owner's private residence. Guests have their own courtyard with a hot tub, fire pit, wooden swing, and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining table for 4. There is one smaller living room with a TV and a large living room with a TV, upright keyboard, wet bar, and 4 stools.

One bathroom has a claw foot tub (the tub sits up high, so if you're taller than 5'6", you will need to bend to be under the shower head. There is a handheld shower as well), the other has a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is within one of the bedrooms with a king-sized bed.
