The first room we checked into was atrocious and I don't mind saying it was well below my standard fortunately the auditor at the desk was very accommodating and switched out our reservation for another room which was slightly better than the previous one but still poorly kept if it wasn't for the front desk employees and the Way they handled the unpleasantness I would rate it at zero

We reserved non smoking rooms. On arrival, we were told that "third party" reservations were given smoking rooms, and non smoking rooms were not available. Desk clerk was not at all helpful, just a "take it or leave it" attitude. On checkout we were again told that they don't necessarily give non smoking rooms to people who reserve them. People who checked out after me had the same complaint. A smoking room is a deal breaker for me. And the attitude of the people at the desk didn't help. Breakfast was nothing more than toast, packaged muffins, juice and coffee. Excersize room was a single walking treadmill and an elliptical machine which wasn't in the best condition.

The staff up front were so helpful and very friendly. The hotel is clean and has a warm feeling inside. There is plenty of food options in walking distance and it was well managed. Would recommend to anyone in the area, it is not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a nice clean, friendly place to stay.

Worth the Value

Hotel is next to casino lounge and a convenient store. We arrived late for all the events that went on by the hotel. There's a taco bell and McDonalds nearby. Very ideal and affordable place to stay. Just be cautious and safe as the area is a truck stop at an intersection.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Hardly anything is offered for breakfast which was a little disappointing. The main staircase was filthy. The bathtub was stained and appears to be mold between the bathtub and door frame.

Our room was nice, quiet, clean. The desk person was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Breakfast was very nice, would have been nicer if we could of had waffles. But overall it was nice.
