The staff was great, but our room comfort was horrible. We had the air as low as it would go and couldn't get the room below 72 degrees and if we didn't have the unit constantly running the temp increased very quickly. We have stayed here several times with no issues, had we been there more than one night we would have requested a new room, but neither one of us got much sleep due to the temperature issues.

Great hotel! So cozy and roomy and the property is so nice. Im a 28 year flight attendant that has stayed in more hotel rooms than I can count and this place is a great all around. Nice staff as well.

My sheets were not changed from the previous guest, and the carpet and sofa were covered in pet hair. No water and snacks like in previous stays either. There was urine in the toilet and some sort of larva in the tub/shower. Had stayed here twice previously and it was great, but it went downhill fast. They moved me to a clean room, but tried to charge me for an extra day upon checkout. They then told me my reservation was ring and I needed to pay for my stay (I paid on Expedia. I cannot believe that the room was not cleaned at all, still had trash from the previous guest. Instead of offering a refund they wanted to charge me for the room I switched to. Horrible stay
