Enjoy our newly built Missoula HomeBase with all the conveniences for work or play. Beautiful, light-filled space with a stylish chef's kitchen, open floor plan for families and friends, fast wifi, game room/office and secondary bedrooms upstairs, back patio with dining and fire table, and outdoor seating area around the gas grill. Solar energy reduces your carbon footprint! Minutes to the "Hip Strip" downtown, trail heads, Snowbowl, UM, and the airport!

The Missoula HomeBase is a newly built, energy-efficient, spacious house meant to spend time in. You enter the large, open concept living area, with a large FireTV and electric fireplace, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen, with a gas stove and a massive kitchen island, is ideal for cooks. Right outside the kitchen is a premium gas grill for outdoor gourmets. The laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a rain shower head (suitable for tall people!), and opens out to the gorgeous back patio with mountain views. The perfect place for morning coffee! Upstairs are two light-filled bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of closet space. There is a bonus room upstairs with a sofa, recliner, and Roku TV for movies and games, and also a large desk, for a quiet office space. The sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is a second full bath with dual sinks and rain shower.

The house is mostly powered by its own solar panels. In the past six months, we've saved over
30,700 pounds of CO2 emissions, equal to planting 232 trees! Only 3 miles from downtown, 5 miles from hiking trails, 3 miles from the airport, and 4 miles from the University, you'll be close to everything. Free parking on the driveway in the back brings you to the front door with remote check in.

Other things to note:
1. We do not allow pets or smoking at all.
2. We require a security deposit to confirm your booking.
Guest access
Free parking is on the driveway and can fit 2 cars. While there is lots of great walking to be found around the neighborhood streets, getting around town is much easier with a car. The garage is not available to guests.

Beautiful home! The kitchen was fantastic. I was able to cook every day. The house was located across the street from our grandsons’ school. Super convenient. Bedrooms were so comfortable and living space was warm and inviting. Great stores nearby for shopping. Our host was in touch with us to check on our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable home with many extras

This house was perfect for what we needed. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. It was a little noisy with the airport so close, and we could also hear the school bells and loudspeaker announcements. It wasn't exceptionally bothersome to us, but some people may not like it.

Thanksgiving HomeBase

Place was outstanding. We hosted Thanksgiving with plenty of room. The grill cooked the turkey and the island was great for all the side dishes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was really clean and had nice homey touches to make it feel like a home. Communication was great and it worked out perfectly for us. Would definately stay again. Thanks!!

Great Girls Trip!!

We love, love, loved this place!! Beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming! It was perfect for the six of us. We liked the thoughtful and handy coffee station and the big drawers in all the bathrooms that allowed everyone a place to stash their toiletries. It is on the rapidly expanding westside of Missoula with easy access to grocery stores, food, airport, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better homebase for our girls trip! Thank you, James & Susan, for sharing your lovely place with us.

Cute, clean and Spacious

We came to town for a wedding and were pleased to have a fresh, cute and spacious home to stay in that was close to all of our events and the airport. It sure beats a hotel! I enjoyed the spacious master with a secluded patio off of it via a set of french doors. The kitchen was large and beautiful with ample seating for all. The home had all we needed and the owner was very communicative. Thank you!

A Great Find in Missoula!

We decided to stay in Missoula for a couple of days as we explored the Bitteroots! We couldn’t have been happier! Our hosts communicated all our instructions in a timely manner and were responsive to our questions. The rental had plenty of space for six adults and one teen. It was very clean, modern and had amenities from laundry to Wifi-a nice coffee selection was appreciated each morning, too. Our group particularly enjoyed the outside space where we could eat and play games under the covered patio at night. Overall, a fabulous find. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this home! The owners were so organized down to a detailed binder on the home and great communication. The home was very clean and new, decorated great and they had thought of every possible need someone staying there might have! Down to makeup remover wipes in the bathroom!

Home away from home

This home was the perfect spot for our time in Missoula. We had to go to St. Pats hospital every day, and it was a quick, easy drive, and so comfortable to go "home" to after long days. Well set up with everything you'd need. This really felt like home away from home.
