I booked this property as it had a hot tub and we were doing a long bicycle ride earlier in the day so we wanted to soak. The hot tub was unavailable. It was also the smallest room I’ve ever seen. The positive was that it was clean and had a hot breakfast buffet.

Hot tub was advertised, but it was not functioning had not been functioning for 4 to 5 days. No cop for the lack of this amenity. Expedia, it is very hard to get refund through your system. Otherwise we would refunded it and gone to another one that had a hot tub.

Deadbolt didn't work on our room and door wouldn't shut tight without slamming it. Man from front desk came to help and he did what he could but that should definitely be fixed, other than that our stay was great!
