I had to wait 20 minutes at 10:30 PM to check-in because there was no staff at the front desk. They were shuttling people to the airport. The king sized mattress for our room had a bad sag and was very uncomfortable.

Too cold pool.

The pool was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to swim. This is our second stay here and I thought the first time was just a fluke, but this stay the pool was just as cold. I will not stay again as the pool was the driving factor of selecting this hotel.
